Mr. Boe has been working as a management consultant in Asia since 1998, assisting companies of various sizes and from industries such as Oil & Gas, Shipping, Finance, IT, Medical, Food & Beverage, Transport, Real Estate, Aquaculture and Agriculture, in areas such as business and trade development, internationalization, relocation services, compliance and taxation, due diligence, corporate governance and strategy. Mr. Boe is an expert in cross-cultural issues arising from global business and trade. He has served as a company director in several companies, from small start-ups to subsidiaries of listed companies and MNCs.
Mr. Boe is a law graduate, with a special degree in company law. He also holds an additional specialization in maritime law. Mr. Boe is a full member of Singapore Institute of Directors (SID)
